• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC and its owners or officers shall not be liable for any type of loss or damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this WebSite or services, even if Fairy Bow Mother, LLC has been advised of such damages.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to you for any validated reason(s).
• Users of this WebSite and services, agree to indemnify and hold Fairy Bow Mother, LLC harmless with regard to loss or damages.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC is NOT responsible for any loss or damages experienced through use of this WebSite, services, or the Internet.
• Users of this WebSite and services, must be of legal age with the ability to enter into contracts with legal obligation.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC cannot guarantee records will be maintained and may delete information without any prior notification.
• The system may be unavailable unexpectedly as a result of errors or circumstances beyond my control.
• Users of this WebSite and services agree that the USE is at their own risk.
• All items on this WebSite are offered on a limited time and limited supply basis, only for as long as supplies last. As per the PayPal Seller Policy requirement, your item(s) must be shipped within 7 days.  I will notify you via email with the carrier name and tracking number information, if applicable, on the day of shipment. Please understand that due to my constantly changing inventory quantities and reordering from the manufacturers and distributors it could take up to 7 days to ship your item(s). If I am unable to ship your item(s) within the 7 day time period, I will contact you via email and you will be given the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel your order and receive a complete refund of your PayPal payment.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC cannot guarantee continued availability of any merchandise posted for sale at the WebSite.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC is not responsible for inquiries not being processed or not being accepted due to technical difficulties.
• Fraudulent buyers and sellers can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Currently, both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.
• If Fairy Bow Mother, LLC is listed as the Merchant or Seller, then the product or merchandise that is offered for sale is subject to the specific warranty and returns policy described with each item.
• Fairy Bow Mother, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• These WebSite and Services Usage Rules, Legal Information, and Terms and Conditions of this document supersede any prior agreements between you and Fairy Bow Mother, LLC. This document may be changed from time to time, by Fairy Bow Mother, LLC.

LEGAL AGREEMENT

All buyers that purchase any product or merchandise from Fairy Bow Mother, LLC purchase said item, by the terms of this legal and binding agreement. All buyers hereby release, waive, indemnify and pledge not to sue or take any legal action against Fairy Bow Mother, LLC, its officers, owners, shareholders, directors, employees, heirs, and successors, all for the purposes herein referred to as "seller", regarding any and all liability to the buyer or to any person which the buyer supplies the purchased item(s) for any and all loss or damage in any claim or demands on account of injury to the person or property, or resulting in the death or monetary loss to the buyer or to any person which the buyer supplies the purchased item(s), whether caused by negligence or other wrongful act or omission of the releases or otherwise which may occur, directly or indirectly from the purchase or the use of the merchandise, and/or electronic facilities of Fairy Bow Mother, LLC. The buyer, further expressly agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Federal law, and the law of the state of Kentucky, and if any portion is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect. Fairy Bow Mother, LLC guaranties, only that the merchandise is in as described condition, and is not intentionally misrepresented. Fairy Bow Mother, LLC reserves the right to terminate any buyers account, and to make final decisions in regards to the return or exchange of merchandise.
